Position: Consolidation and Reporting supervisor

Requirements

    Bachelor/ Masters degree preferably in finance, accountancy or related subjects


    Knowledge of general accounting principles, IFRS, IAS etc.; computer skills; effective verbal, presentation and written communication skills; ability to multi task and work with minimum supervision,

mathematical ability; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


    Corporate accounting - Payables, Receivables and General Ledger functions


    Strong analytical and quantitative competencies

 

:Short Discerption

Finance team plans, organizes, leads and monitors the financial and accounting affairs. This involves financial operations, accounting, provision of financial information, budgetary control and cash management

 

Tasks Summary

   Support the periodic closing activities, including reasonability checks on balance sheet and P&L and intercompany reconciliation 

 

 Discussing any discrepancy noted during your review with the local entities

 

    Looking for efficiencies in the monthly closing process


    Performing a detailed review on the entities allocated to you and perform a reconciliation of certain items such as equity movement, shares, etc

 

    Assisting in the IFRS conversion that is currently ongoing and the set-up of a monthly consolidation process during the year

 

 Preparing the sub consolidation of the entities and perform the necessary checks

 

 Assisting in the integration of new acquisitions, if needed
